HYDRAULICS

ONLY USE QUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO WORK ON HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS

FOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS!!

• Turn the feed wheel adjustment plug

clockwise until it bottoms out, setting it

at the maximum system pressure of 2500

PSI. Always check to make sure it is

turned all the way in and then test and

adjust the system pressure if the feed

wheels turn too slow or don’t turn.

• Adjust pressure only if necessary and

after testing with a pressure gage. The

pressure adjustment is under the

hydraulic block. To increase pressure

turn clockwise and to decrease pressure

turn counterclockwise. Recheck and

adjust pressure until correct.

• If equipped with the hydraulic yoke lift,

the pressure setting is 900 PSI, set at the

factory and should remain set at that

pressure.

• If equipped with the hydraulic winch,

the pressure setting is 2000 PSI, set at

the factory and should remain set at that

pressure.

• If the pressure needs adjusting for either

the hydraulic yoke lift or the hydraulic

winch, remove the plug and turn the

slotted screw clockwise to increase

pressure and counterclockwise to

decrease pressure.
